More about me …..
My name is Julie Clark and I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada #4287.
I am passionate about creating a supportive, and non-judgmental space where individuals and couples feel safe to explore their experiences, challenges, and personal growth.
I have experience supporting individuals living with addictions, diagnosed mental health conditions, severe depression, and grief. I have also supported members of the unhoused community. Through this work, I have seen how these challenges can affect not only the individual, but the entire family system. I believe that loved ones and caregivers also deserve support, understanding, and a safe space to process their own experiences through therapeutic counselling.
My services provide affordable, confidential, and compassionate counselling using effective, evidence-based approaches tailored to your individual values, needs, and preferences.
For those who feel they may benefit from more than one or two sessions, I offer session packages designed to provide better value and help secure your preferred time and day in advance.
My aim is to support individuals who may otherwise find it difficult to access counselling during traditional working hours, offering a service that is accessible, practical, and responsive to real-life needs. My practice operates after hours to support greater flexibility, with appointments available on weekdays after 4:30p.m. and all day on weekends.
